Does every home qualify?

No. JKR reviews the home, project scope, timing, and program capacity before confirming eligibility.

What does becoming an Ad Home mean?

The completed project may be used to represent JKR's work locally under the terms agreed to before the project begins. JKR will explain the exact participation requirements during qualification.

Why does JKR select Ad Homes?

JKR allocates part of its local marketing budget to qualifying homes instead of putting the entire budget into television and radio advertising. Completed projects help local homeowners see JKR's work in their own community.

Am I required to purchase anything by submitting?

No. Submitting the form requests a qualification review. It does not obligate you to purchase or enter an agreement.

Why are appointments limited to September 15–26?

Those are the dates JKR Project Directors are scheduled to be in Lake Havasu for the final planned local Ad Home round.
